A LITTLE DECORATING AND A HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME

I thought I would share with you a few of my decorations.

This vignette here is filled with a lot of items I love and a few from the past.

I do love mini pine cones and mini pumpkins of all materials.

The Halloween eggs Figgy made several years ago along with the ghost.

I purchased this little fella last fall during a trip to Maine.

The boo sign is made using a piece of drift wood.  My all time favorite Yankee candle is Harvest, love!

I had a birthday a few weeks ago, I purchased this owl for myself, love, love for sure.

A WEEKEND WITH OUR LIL O

Lil O came to spend the weekend with us and so did her Grammy, Mary.

Grammy and I (Nana) searched the Internet for Panera Bread four cheese egg souffle, Lil O loves, loves these things.

Well, success for our little one, she loved them.

Hanging out with a baggie of Captain Crunch, loves these!!

Grammy brought crafts along, three picture frames to decorate with lots of stickers, so fun!

The middle one Lil O created for her Mommy, the others are Grammy's and Nana's creations.  We will put our Halloween pictures of Lil O in ours when we get them from her parents, can't wait!!

It was a wonderful busy weekend.

PAPER DOLLS

I joined in on a paper doll book swap a few months ago.

The details were, six pages with each page having a paper doll on it.

Pages are to be 5 1/2" x 8 1/2"  Our hostess at Blissful Art Group will create a book for us using six different pages from all entered the swap.  I can't wait to receive my paper doll book back.

Most scraps used are pieces of doilies and table runners and such.

This page I created for our Hostess Wendy.

I usually make the hostess a gift as a big thanks for all the work she does for the group.

NEW POLISH

I purchased this nail color for Halloween for my Lil O (Grandbaby).

I will put the sparkle one over the orange.

She will think this is wonderful.

MORE ATC'S, MAYBE I AM HOOKED!

As I mentioned a bit ago I have recently started to work on creating ATC's (Artist Trading Cards)

These little cards are no bigger than a playing card.  I have seen many creating and swapping these little gems,  but I myself did not feel comfortable doing any.  

I have in the past felt that I need a much larger surface to create with, I am getting over that feeling and enjoying these little spaces.

WHAT IS ON MY WORK TABLE

Oh boy I've been shopping!

I've been busy getting ready to create some Halloween/spooky creations.

Notice the flower cut outs, two packages for one dollar, yup one dollar at the dollar store.

I found the flowers in the confetti department. Also from the dollar store the little pom poms and the bells (will be rusting those up soon)

Paper dolls all cut out and ready to go.
